For Ferrero we are currently looking for Senior Market Research Manager and we'd like to receive your application.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of all AdHoc Brands related projects and analytical support
- Сlose cooperation with Brand and Trade Marketing in RU-BY region as well as with Area CSU (Consumer Shopper Understanding) to define the research needs according to the company growth priorities and business needs
- Leading the annual AdHoc Brands research planning and budgeting
- Methodology control for meeting the study objectives, research design development for complex multi-tasking projects
- Development of recommendations based on the brand strategy, research brief and obtained research results
- Сlose cooperation with Brand and Trade Marketing in implementation of research results and recommendations
- Control of the AdHoc research plan implementation, revising the plan if needed
- Serving internal clients (Brand, Trade Marketing) as an expert in area of Brand Insights using the full scope of CSU data and tools (AdHocs, Retail audit, Consumer panel, Consumer Tracking, etc.)
- Training and development of CSU, Brand and Trade Marketing teams on AdHoc Brands related matters
Main requirements: - University Degree (mathematics, economy, statistics, sociology)
- Post graduate education/training on research methodology and marketing is an advantage
- At least 3 years experience in consumer research function of a large FMCG Company (prior Research Agency experience is an advantage)
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Team working skills, Communication skills
- People management experience
- Experience in Business Intelligence area is an advantage
- English - Upper Intermediate
