Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance with the standards of the company
• Implementation of the goals in terms of sales and represented brands
• Distribution management on their territory
• Team management
• Key Account Management
• Analytics
• Preparation of promotional materials

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level in a commercial subject

• At least 3-5 years experience gained in FMCG sales;

• Demonstrated success in P&L management, budget delivery and growth momentum

• Additional functional experience, preferably in Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or Finance is an advantage

• The business language in RB is English; therefore fluency in this language is advantageous

• You’ll demonstrate financial and commercial acumen and understanding of business issues/opportunities, you possess the confidence to effectively deliver account plan

• The ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally with customers will be a key part to your success, so you must be able to demonstrate a range of influencing styles and techniques.
