International company EVYAP of such brands as DURU, ARKO Men, FAX opens a position of Legal Advisor.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide legal services in all aspects including:
• Providing comprehensive internal advice, support and training for the activity of Evyap Rus concerning legal rights, obligations, and privileges, company and representative office registrations and statutes in addition to perform company
  secretarial duties for the Russian legal entity;
• Preparing and drafting contracts to protect the company’s interests and maximize its profit potential;
• Providing legal advice regarding Sales, Marketing and other company’s practices;
• Analysis of new domestic legislation and implementation of local compliance procedures;
• Analysis of the probable outcomes of legal issues, using knowledge of legal precedents;
• Drafting, reviewing and approving all kinds of contracts and develop standard contracts and maintain a legal archive;
• Tax and VAT related matters;
• Providing legal advice in Personnel disputes (employee relations);
• Determine advisability of defending or prosecuting local lawsuits and other local disputes and represent Evyap Rus in court, towards administrative bodies and in relation to any third parties in such matters and do correspondingly, upon request from Corporate Legal Department, in Mandatory Matters;
• Corresponding with headquarters to establish the minimum legal standard of contracts.

Key skills:

• University degree in Law;
• 4 to 6 years of experience as a lawyer preferably in an FMCG company or a law firm that has companies from FMCG sector in its portfolio;
• Special expertise in the area of Corporate Law, Contracts Law, International Trade Law, Commercial Law, Labor Law is preferred;
• Analytical thinking - logically breaking problems down into their essential elements: carrying out diagnosis and development solutions;
• Concern for standards - pursuing excellence in line with the organization’s norms and values;
• Excellent command of English to provide all services in English;
• Good team player;
• Good planning and analytical skills;
• Strong strategic and analytic thinking skills;
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office setting;
• Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations;
• Perfectionist and focused on continuous improvement;
• Proactive, solution oriented, and quality focused approach.

Special skills and knowledge:

• International Trade Law, Russian Contracts Law, Russian Commercial Law, Russian Corporate Law, Russian Tax Law, Russian Labor Law, Russian Civil Law;
• Experience in judicial and arbitration practice, pre-trial dispute settlement.
