Diagnocat is the global technological leader in the field of AI/ML solutions for Dentistry. Our imaging solutions enable dentists to reduce diagnostic errors and save time by integrating computer vision into their workflow. We are at the forefront of innovation and have recently embarked on developing new products for implant and orthodontics planning.

Diagnocat holds multiple patents, has obtained a CE mark and IRB approval in the US. Additionally, we are currently in the process of undergoing FDA review. We operate in multiple countries and have hundreds of clinics worldwide as our paying customers.

Now, we're looking for a passionate Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

    We have two working shifts:
    - Monday - Thursday 10:00-19:00 + Sunday 7:00-16:00
    - Tuesday - Friday 10:00-19:00 + Saturday 7:00-16:00
    - For the onboarding period (2 weeks): Monday - Friday 10:00-19:00

What you will need to do:

  • Work closely with our clients (dentist, hygienist, and IT specialists) to install our products and show them how it works;
  • Collaborate with the team to execute the customer success strategy, focusing on high points and relationship-building with clients;
  • Conduct frequent reviews with team members, and follow up with clients to ensure everything is up and running;
  • Report new findings, bugs, and issues to the development team;
  • Manage incoming support inquiries from customers and provide assistance;
  • Diagnose and resolve problems in response to customer inquiries;

Strong candidates will bring:

  • Fluent in English and effective in communication skills;
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service and technical support;
  • Understanding of information systems principles, knowledge of client-server architecture and understanding of network protocols;
  • Knowledge of computer troubleshooting;
  • Strong work ethic and hustle to achieve results in high growth startup environment;
  • Excitement to learn artificial intelligence, dentistry and technology;
