Requirements:

Hands-on experience for outsourcing companies.
Familiar with the USA, European, and other foreign markets.
English skills min. B2 + and above. Part of the interview will be provided in English.
Proven experience in managing small projects, demonstrating the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
Good understanding of Fix Price and T&M contracts.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the development team, ensuring smooth project execution and adherence to established processes.
Plan, create, and coordinate release schedules in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Manage client expectations, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, team members, and other project stakeholders.
Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
