We are looking for a personal assistant to entrepreneur and strategy consultant. Former top manager of Skyeng, Delivery Club, Uber.

1. Personal Tasks 35%

  • Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, as well as creating detailed itineraries.

  • Visa support, checking the necessary documents and conditions for entry into countries

  • Household Management: Coordinating maintenance services, managing household bills, and organising personal documents. Not to miss deadlines.

  • Event Planning: Organising personal events, such as parties or family gatherings.

  • Health and Wellness: Scheduling medical appointments, managing prescriptions, and coordinating fitness sessions.

  • Personal Shopping: Purchasing gifts, clothing, and other personal items.

2. Calendar and Schedule Management 15%

  • Scheduling: Managing both personal and business calendars, setting up appointments, and sending reminders.

  • Time Management: Helping you prioritise tasks and maintain a balanced schedule.

  • Reminders: Setting up reminders for important dates, such as birthdays and anniversaries.

3. Financial Management 15%

  • Expense Tracking: Monitoring and categorising personal and business expenses.

  • Bill Payments: Ensuring timely payment of personal and business bills.

  • Budget Management: Assisting with personal and business budgeting and financial planning.

4. Project and Task Management (Business Tasks) 25%

  • Task Coordination: Assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and tracking progress.

  • Communication: Handling client inquiries, setting up meetings, and maintaining client relationships.

  • Follow-ups: Ensuring timely follow-ups on client meetings, projects, and proposals.

5. Research and Development (Business Tasks) 10%

  • Content Research: Gathering information and data for content creation.

  • Tool Evaluation: Researching and recommending tools and software to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Honest, reliable, entrepreneurial, ready for irregular working hours

  • Intermediate English

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant at least 1 year
