Market Research Analyst:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Research Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to guide strategic business decisions and research to expand in different markets to optimize our market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.

Utilize various research methodologies to gather data, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and secondary research.

Analysis of government relations in different sectors and options of partnerships and the ability to obtain government support/grants

2. Data Collection and Interpretation:

Gather and organize data from diverse sources to develop insights and recommendations.

Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to draw meaningful conclusions and identify actionable insights.

3. Competitive Analysis:

Monitor and evaluate competitor strategies, products, and market positioning to assess strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

Provide regular updates and reports on competitive landscapes and their potential impact on our business.

4. Consumer Behaviour Analysis:

Analyse consumer behaviour, preferences, and purchasing patterns to aid in product development, marketing strategies, and overall business decisions.

Segment and target customers based on behavioural attributes to optimize marketing campaigns and product/service offerings.

5. Report Generation and Presentation:

Create clear and insightful reports presenting research findings, analysis, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.

Deliver presentations summarizing research results, insights, and actionable recommendations to relevant teams.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to align market research initiatives with organizational objectives.

Communicate research findings effectively and provide guidance on potential strategies and actions based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.

1-2 years of relevant experience in market research, data analysis, or a related role.

Proficiency in market research tools and techniques, data analysis software (e.g. Excel, Tableau), and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and understandable manner.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
