International boutique asset management company with real estate emphasis is looking for a qualified candidate for an Administrative Manager role.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Fulfilling office-manager responsibilities (ordering stationery and snacks, office maintenance);
- Administration support of the management team upon request;
- Support of the Business Owner at meetings, events, conference calls, if necessary;
- Travel arrangements including hotel reservations, visa support and transfer for guests;
- Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, correspondence, fax and e-mail communications, reception of visitors;
- Arranging translation of various documents;
- Organization of postal and courier delivery of documents & etc;
- Preparing commercial letters with the promo presentations;
- Business trips to foreign offices once a quarter.
We are looking for the candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- Fluent English;
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Manager/Office Manager;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project);
- Soft skills: proactive, dynamic, responsible, attentive to detail, quick and intelligent. Ability to multitask, well organized, good interpersonal skills.
