Relocation to Serbia, Belgrade
Responsibilities:
- Research competitors' loyalty programs in the Mexican market, Top Global Neobanks to create the best loyalty program in Mexico using global best practices and customer needs.
- Build and manage a product Agile team to launch a loyalty program from scratch.
- Creating and launching different promotions to increase in sales, customer quality, credit card transactions, average amount of transaction, etc.
- Reporting development and implementation to see the efficiency of loyalty program.
- Develop methodological documents for the full launch and functionality of loyalty program.
- Cooperation with marketing, IT, finance, legal departments and other departments that will be necessary in the process of developing and launching the loyalty program in HQ and countries.
- P&L of loyalty program.
Experience:
- Experience in developing and launching loyalty programs from scratch.
- 5+ year’s experience in banking with cards and loyalty programs with a focus on its effectiveness, attracting new customers, increasing key card metrics.
- Conducting key research, competitive analysis related to loyalty program.
- Bachelor's degree in banking and/or finance.
- Proficiency in English (B2 and above).
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task; work both independently and as part of a team; sound judgment and business acumen; ability to defend your point of view; drive results.
- Ability to work with and manage product teams.
