We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Director to join our team at Global CRO MDCE. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing medical leadership, strategic guidance, and clinical expertise. As a Medical Director, you will contribute to the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a collaborative environment.

- Lead and provide medical oversight for clinical trials, ensuring the highest ethical and medical standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement clinical development plans.
- Contribute to protocol development, study design, and overall clinical strategy.
- Review and interpret clinical data, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of medical information.
- Act as a key liaison between the medical team and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide medical expertise during regulatory interactions and submissions.
- Mentor and guide junior medical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, guidelines, and advancements in medical science.
- Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent degree.
- Board certification and active medical license.
- Proven experience as a Medical Director in the clinical research, pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and good clinical practice.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
