Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to:

- Lead a team of developers (Node.js, iOS, Android, QA)
- Interact dynamically with our stakeholders
- Achieve team goals and deliver complete IT solutions

Area of Responsibility

Planning

- Sprint Planning and Preparation: Meticulously plan and organize sprints, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Priority Management: Effectively distribute tasks, manage the backlog, and prioritize responsibilities among team members, fostering a culture of ownership.

Monitoring

- Progress Monitoring and Task Reporting: Monitor project progress daily, track task completion, and provide updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with expectations.
- Risk Management and Plan Adaptability: Anticipate and proactively manage project risks, adapting plans and strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Communication

- Transparent Communication: Cultivate regular and transparent communication channels, keeping both the team and stakeholders informed and engaged in all important issues.
- Agile Meeting Facilitation: Conduct meetings, including demos, retrospectives, and stand-ups, to facilitate team communication and interaction.

An ideal candidate for this position would have:

- Proven PM Experience: Led IT projects from conception to completion.
- IT Development Lifecycle: Comprehensive understanding of the entire IT development process and effective communication with developers.
- Product Approach: Basic understanding of product management and product approach.
- Methodology Expertise: Knowledge of Agile: Kanban, Scrum; Waterfall methodologies to manage projects of varying complexities.
- Communication Fluency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for seamless interaction with stakeholders (Spanish, even at a basic level, is an advantage).
- Leadership: Proven ability to present results, manage expectations, and deliver on time, while demonstrating attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Task Tracking: Experience using Jira (or similar tools) to optimize workflows and enhance collaboration.
