We are looking for a CRM Project Manager who would help us with CRM integration and optimisation to accommodate our growing needs.

Responsibilities

Analyse current processes, functionality, and stakeholder needs
Assemble and manage the system implementation project group, setting priorities and timeframes
Collaborate with analytics department to conduct research and testing
Developing project documentation and setting the milestones for the project to move forward, using the Agile approach
Plan projects for new features or enhancements in the CRM system
Implement improvements, including new features and training for employees
Monitor effectiveness and adjust strategies based on feedback and results

Requirements

Previous role as a Project Manager or similar in CRM systems, preferably in a large-scale business
Deep understanding of CRM systems and functionality, experience with various platforms
Ability to enhance business processes using CRM systems to increase efficiency and customer service quality
Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize CRM processes and enhance customer experience. Metrics: lead conversion, customer retention, communication efficiency, CRM functionality usage, data quality, system performance
Effective communication and coordination across different teams (technical, marketing, etc.) to achieve project goals
Understanding of the main requirements for a client support and/or a call centres to operate efficiently
Skill in developing lead processing logic through CRM systems and experience with voice channels and voice bots
