We specialize in seamless online payment processing for Internet Merchants, opening bank accounts, and securing financial licenses. As we continue to expand, I'm excited to invite a dynamic and driven Finance Manager to join our innovative team.
In this crucial role, you'll be instrumental in overseeing the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing payments, reconciling reports with banks, preparing reports for clients, resolving complex and non-standard situations with banks and internet merchants, and ensuring timely submission of reports to the tax authorities of Singapore, Canada, and Latvia.
You will work directly with me, and you will have one employee reporting to you.
As a Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing a detailed weekly task plan, allocating specific hours for each task; Regular usage of the task management system to assign, accept, and update tasks, and complete necessary regulations and tests; Completing the outlined tasks in the weekly plan on time, achieving a 100% KPIs without any delays;
- Compiling regular reports on the company's income and expenses;
- Issuing invoices to clients upon managers' requests and monitor clients' compliance with invoice payment obligations;
- Reconciling bank reports with received bank settlements and send reports to clients regarding settlement amounts;
- Timely sending documentation on incoming and outgoing payments (contracts and invoices) to accountants for companies in Singapore, Canada, and Latvia;
- Monitoring the timely submission of reports to tax authorities and timely tax payments;
- Making calls to banks and clients to resolve complex and non-standard situations;
- Daily monitoring and increasing the conversion rate of client traffic;
- Analyzing financial terms in contracts with banks and partners and develop proposals for sales managers to increase deal profitability;
- Working with company debtors/creditors and reduce the amount of accounts receivable/accounts payable;
- Monitoring timely payment of incoming invoices;
- Calculating and controlling the timely payment of employee salaries monthly;
- Conducting financial forecasting on company income and expenses upon request of the manager.
- Assigning tasks to subordinates and monitor their completion;
- Regularly holding meetings with subordinates.
Mandatory requirements:
- You have a successful experience in team management. You can clearly formulate tasks for your subordinates and ensure their high-quality and timely execution.
- You have at least 1 year experience as a financial manager at PSP, Acquirer, or Online Merchant, demonstrating good performance that can be confirmed by your previous employer;
- You have graduated from an Economics University and obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree;
- You are proficient in spoken and written English and Russian languages (С1 level – Advanced).
- You have experience in working with cryptocurrencies: knowledge of how to account for cryptocurrency transactions, understanding the tax implications of cryptocurrency holdings, and staying updated on regulatory changes in the cryptocurrency space.
- You are proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel) and can work with Pivot Tables;
- You have successful experience with the company's debtors and creditors, resulting in a reduction of the company's accounts receivable and accounts payable;
- You are a professional in preparing Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and Financial Forecasting for 3-5 years for the company.
As a Finance Manager
- You are accurate: you demonstrate a high level of precision in financial calculations and record-keeping; Maintain an orderly and thorough approach to financial reporting and analysis; ensure all financial data is meticulously checked and verified for correctness.
- You are attentive: you are consistently focused and engaged, capable of perceiving and processing large amounts of financial information; you pay close attention to detail, ensuring no aspect of financial transactions is overlooked; monitor and track financial trends and anomalies with keen observation.
- You are pedantic: you exhibit a strong commitment to perfection and exactness in financial management; adhere strictly to financial regulations, standards, and protocols; maintain a rigorous and methodical approach to financial documentation and compliance.
- You are disciplined: you follow established financial procedures and policies with consistency; manage time efficiently to ensure all financial tasks and deadlines are met; balances various financial responsibilities while maintaining a high standard of work.
- You are persistent: you show determination and resilience in achieving financial goals and targets; overcome financial challenges and obstacles with a strong resolve; continuously seek improvement and excellence in financial performance.
- You are responsible: you take ownership of financial decisions and their outcomes; demonstrate maturity and independence in managing financial resources and obligations; ensure accountability and reliability in handling financial tasks and projects.
Working conditions
- Job type: full-time
- Remote work
- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 (Latvia time)
- Weekends and public holidays according to the Latvian calendar
- No business trips are expected

- We plan to expand the staff in the Finance Department, and you can grow into the Head of the Finance Department.
Compensation
- Remuneration: 1100-1500 EUR for the first three months
1500-2000 EUR starting from the fourth month, depending on how qualified and experienced you are
