Key Responsibilities:

• Develop international recruitment strategies.

• Ensure onboarding processes for diverse cultural backgrounds and adapted to business needs.

• Support business on international offices set-up on HR matters

• Partner with local providers to ensure recruitment, establish HR practices compliant with local labor laws.

• Provide HR guidance and manage employee relations across global locations.

• Promote a positive remote work culture and remote employee engagement

• Support efficient employee relationships in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English.

• 2+ year experience in recruitment, preferably in international settings.

• Experience of supporting HR process set-up or HRBP matters.

• Willing to take on HRBP tasks with HRD support.

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and English.

• Able to manage tasks independently and navigate complex environments.

• Ready for occasional travel.
