Network Supporting Manager

• Manage process management and optimization in local network;
• To ensure budget and cost management & analysis in local network;
• Responsible for local service quality management;
• Responsible for designing of customized process for new clients based on the requirements;
• Responsible for working with cross functions to improve process, system and cost competitiveness;
• Responsible for market research to make clear comparison with market players;
• Supports team with business development and partners management;
• Team management: setting goals, assessing performance, motivating, evaluating results and managing performance, determining priorities and sequencing of work tasks.

Requirements:

• 4 years working experience in logistics, supply chain, express industry, has a strong understanding of logistics process;
• Proven achievement of projects management and lean process optimization
• Experienced PC user (MS Office package, X-mind, Excel, WMS)
• English language advanced level, (the level must be sufficient for everyday business communication
• Ability to work in an environment of constant change, ready for business trips.
