Teacher development manager (Assessment)

Novakid is an English language school for children 4-12 years old, which allows children to remotely learn a foreign language according to a teaching program that meets European CEFR standards on an equal footing with their English-speaking peers (Novakid teachers are native speakers from the US, UK and other countries). We are an advanced IT company of 400+ professionals.

We are looking for Teacher Development manager with knowledge of English at the advanced level.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct observations of lesson recordings and evaluate teacher performance against assessment criteria.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in higher education, educational administration, educational leadership or a related field

• Recognised ESL qualifications (Cambridge CELTA, TKT, Trinity, TEFL 100 hrs, etc.)

• English proficiency level C1-C2

• At least 2 years of VYL and/or YL teaching experience

• At least 3 years of academic management experience

• Previous experience of remote work is welcome
