Responsibilities: - Consultations and technical support on the entire ATEN product line for integrators and customers;
- Training for users and partners;
- Testing and analysis of ATEN devices, issuing conclusions on compliance with the declared characteristics;
- Adaptation and translation of technical documentation;
- Regular communication with the head office of the company in order to refine and improve the functionality of devices in accordance with market requirements.
Requirements: - Experience with ProAV systems, understanding of the main interfaces and technologies;
- Experience with Kramer, AMX, Crestron, Extron or other control systems;
- Experience in administering local networks, including the base (DHCP, IGMP, VLAN, trunk);
- Setting up switches L2, L3, operation and routing with Multicast;
- Experience with AV over IP, VoIP, videoconferencing, basic knowledge of MJPEG, H.264/265;
- Experience in verbal and written consultations and technical support;
- Sociability;
- Knowledge of English technical language (fluent);
- Readiness to travel to the customer's site as part of technical support / commissioning;
- Personal qualities: responsibility, meeting deadlines, ability to work in a team.
- Strong negotiation skills;
Conditions: - Working hours: Mon-Fri, from 9:30-18:30, flexible (1 hr for lunch time), others according to the local Labor Law.
