Responsibilities:
- Creating positive experience of the Company by friendly personal attitude to job, colleagues and company guests;
- Supporting in all secretarial and administrative matters in day-to-day routine;
- Arranging external and internal meetings and conference-calls;
- Arranging business trips and providing support on the related issues;
- Organize shipment/ courier delivery of documents (incoming/ outgoing);
- Organizing documents and computer- based information;
- Assisting in department events organization;
- Other responsibilities as assigned by HR Department and Management team.
Requirements:
- Completed higher education;
- Upper-Intermediate English;
- Administrative experience from 1 up to 3 years is preferable;
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Telephone and business etiquette competence;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Team player;
- Effective time-management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks.
Working terms:
- Salary is discussed individually.
- 5- day work week (from 8:30 to 17:30).
