Main Purpose
Responsible for HR and administrative support to the international staff (citizens of Russia).
Accountabilities
- Working with HR documents necessary to facilitate recruitment and onboarding of Russian field staff
- Work in collaboration with partnering recruitment sections to recruit Russian field staff
- Validation of education and references check for Russian field staff
- Full range of administrative support necessary to facilitate departure of Russian field staff: arrangement of visas, flights, accommodation etc.
- Support in facilitating medical check-ups and vaccination of Russian field staff
- Taking part in ongoing HR- projects
- Support HR marketing activities: technical support at online webinars, HR related social media content.
- HR filing and Data recording in line with Personal Data legislation and GDPR regulations
- Support in initiating community activities for Russian field staff
- Administrative support for office external engagement activities
- Administrative support to facilitate local learning & development activities for Russian field staff
- Other tasks can be added based on the needs of HR department.
Requirements
Education: Higher or secondary vocational education in HR administration and Management; Linguistics and Philology; Pedagogical; Psychology or other related subjects. At least 2 years of experience in administrative role, preferably HR function or personal assistant.
Experience:
- Experience with HR files management (admin)
- Experience in organizing travels (tickets, hotels, visas, and other similar processes)
- Experience in organizing events (online and offline) is a plus
- Experience in working in HR bookkeeping platforms is an advantage
Languages: Fluency in both written and oral English (B2 or higher), Russian (native speaker) is a requisite; Experience in Translating/Interpreting (Russian<>English)
