We are seeking for an Account Manager for our Performance Marketing Team.

A person, who is ready for a deep dive into different projects, understands their goals, needs, and most convenient way of communication for them - and ensures that those goals are achieved during the campaign: all key messages are clearly communicated to all the other team members who will be working on the campaigns. Quality, deadlines, and scope control are your top priorities. The key words defining our approach to account management: Excellence. Efficiency. Fun.

Requirements:

  • Account management experience - at least 1 year (2-3 years is ideal);
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Google Docs (mandatory);
  • Experience in marketing/digital-marketing/SMM or related - as an advantage;
  • Proactiveness and willingness to learn;
  • Well-organized and ready for multi-task;
  • Ability to deal calmly with corrections;
  • High accuracy with figures and ability to process lots of data on a regular basis;
  • Stay connected: don't miss requests and forget tasks;
  • During agreed working hours you should be available;
  • Communication skills: friendliness and respectiveness;
  • Ability to be independent: quickly navigate and search information;
  • Fluent English (speaking and writing);
  • Ability to work full-time an a fully remote format.
  • Knowledge of Notion, and Slack - will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the owner of the assigned clients: learn about the project, explore all the specifics of their products, follow up on all their promotions, fill the partner cards in internal library etc;
  • General responsibility for assigned clients' campaigns (under the supervision of the senior manager): track delivery of works vs contract, reply to the client in a timely manner, general quality control of the campaign;
  • Briefing of the other team members: writers, social media team, designers, etc;
  • Tracking: the creation of the links for tracking, putting settings for the promo in CMS, helping on partner content integration into CMS;
  • Reporting: collecting stats&data, marketing activities evidence, preparing reports;
  • Collect airdrops and activations of assigned clients;
  • Participation in calls with the clients, meeting notes creating during calls - and sum-ups after the calls;
  • Support with the legal documents;
  • Research on Google on request;
  • Pass trainings that are assigned (on Google Analytics, marketing, etc);
  • Participation in internal team calls and activities.
