Requirements:
- Experience in production support and implementation;
- Good English, verbal and written;
- Knowledge of database maintenance and administration is a plus
- Knowledge of banking products is a plus;
- Knowledge of Russian Clearing logic as a plus.
Technology skills:
- Microsoft Windows Server and Workstation administration skills;
- MS SQL/Oracle Database - Transact SQL;
- Messaging : Supporting MQ/Connect:Direct;
- Experience with monitoring Tools : Zabbix/AppDynamics/Geneos.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of Incident and L2 support for the in-country local applications;
- Proactively monitor the environment, assist in risks and issues resolution;
- Work on production support projects as assigned;
- Liaison with other groups in the Bank and regional vendors on applications support and production issues;
- Work with Project Managers on implementation of new business applications;
- Perform analytical and consultancy actions required by the business tasks;
- Communicate complex technical issues to business users in a language they understand.
