CMM investment consulting group is based in Budva, Montenegro, operating on local and international market since 2007. After more than 17 years providing full cycle services within investment, sales, rental, furnishing and maintenance in order to deliver premium service for our clients on different markets, we have been prooved our number 1 position in Montenegro.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for clients assigned by company;
  • Provides full service info for clients;
  • Responsible to provide full and correct set of documentation;
  • Focus onto closing the sales process;
  • Updating database of clients and real estate offers;
  • Providing offers for clients (real estate) and managing sales proccess with them;
  • Responsible to provide contract for client;
  • Build good relations with clients, based on their needs;
  • Creates strategy for client retention according to company rules;
  • Daily reporting to management regard closed sales, offers and client status;
  • Organises his/her activities according to company rules and procedures.

Your profile:

  • University degree will be considered as advantage;
  • English proficiency;
  • Additional language will be considered as advantage;
  • MS office package, CRM experience will be considered as advantage;
  • Previous experience in real estate industry;
  • Knowledge of real estate market, pricing;
  • Communication and negotiation skills;
  • Driving license – B category, active driver.
