Responsibilities:

Dashboards and management reports development and support using Python-built scripts, google analytics, google sheets, excel
Analytical support to quarterly and yearly activation planning process, including:

•Multiple variants of IP mechanics BC calculation and providing recommendations on segments, THs, prizes PV to meet programs’ targets

•Quarterly post-evaluation of initiatives actual effect vs BC, presentation of results and learnings to campaign activation and finance team

•New Reps and Loyalty programs analysis, budget and effects forecasting for monthly outlook and year budget purposes
Analytical support business development projects
Providing expertise, analytical support and recommendations to trade marketing manager
Ad-hoc analytics, A/B testing and hypothesis formulation and evaluation

Requirements:

Higher education: Economics/ Marketing/ Analytics
Experience 1+ years in analysis
Statistical method of analysis, possibility to work with big volume of data and automatize routine job
Expert knowledge of MS Excel and SQL
Basic knowledge of Python
English – intermediate and higher
Google/Yandex analytics/ Tableau/PowerBI will be an advantage
