Job Overview:

The Deputy General Manager of Maintenance, Reliability, and Integrity is pivotal in maintaining and
enhancing the operational efficiency, equipment reliability and integrity, safety of oil and gas production
facilities. This role focuses on overseeing the development and implementation of maintenance strategies
that ensure the integrity and reliability of all operational assets.

Key responsibilities
• Provide direction to the MRI function, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive maintenance strategies to enhance asset reliability and equipment availability.
• Manage key projects related to asset maintenance, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Ensure the integrity and reliability of all production systems through rigorous monitoring and adherence to best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance operations to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with all relevant industry safety and environmental standards.
• Integrate innovative technologies and practices to improve maintenance efficiency and effectiveness as well as equipment availability and reliability
• Develop metrics and systems to track the performance and reliability of assets, using data to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across production and maintenance divisions.
• Oversee financial aspects of the maintenance department, ensuring optimal use of resources and budget.
• Foster a culture of learning and development, ensuring team members are skilled in the latest maintenance techniques and technologies.
• Maintain optimal redundancy level and ensure maximum uptime, while also managing associated costs effectively
• Support team on cost optimization initiatives within the Maintenance, Reliability, and Integrity function to enhance financial performance.
• Support Implementation of Condition Monitoring System / Reliability System
• Support Implementation of Asset Maintenance Management system (ISO 55001)
• Drive implementation of RCFA, API and CI
