Junior accountant (intercompany deals) for multinational company

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurate financial entries, records, and efficient accounting processes
• Booking Intercompany invoices in the OPS system and 1C
• Calculation of margin for intercompany deals
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Loss/gains reconciliations and entering accounting entries into 1C
• Managing the following accounts:

205 «Inventories”

211 «Settlements with customers»

411 «Settlements with suppliers»

601 «Sales»

701 «Cost of sales»

• Reconciliations with intercompany customers/suppliers
• Participate in annual audit

Requirements:

• Higher education in finance, mathematics, accounting
• 2-3+ years of experience as an accountant in the “Intercompany” section
• Deep knowledge of Accounting (IFRS, RAS as a plus), financial instruments
• Knowledge of 1C, closing procedures in 1C (confident user)
• MS Excel - confident user
• English – at least intermediate (both written and oral)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• High level of involvement
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a constantly changing business environment, in conditions of multitasking, rapid business growth
• Well organized and detail oriented
