Job Overview:

The Deputy General Manager of Well Delivery plays a crucial role in overseeing the execution of well delivery projects. Tasked with enhancing operational efficiencies and driving project success, this position involves strategic planning and robust management to ensure alignment with the organization’s objectives. Key responsibilities
• Cascade down and implement strategic plans to ensure efficient well delivery operations, optimizing resource allocation
and project timelines.
• Enhance operational procedures, ensuring that well delivery processes are up to industry standards and company
objectives for quality and performance.
• Provide guidance on technical standards and operational procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and
best practices.
• Oversee the preparation of comprehensive reports on well delivery status, highlighting progress and critical issues to
senior management.
• Facilitate collaboration across technical teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of well delivery projects.
• Champion the development and implementation of innovative procedures and technologies to advance well delivery
outcomes.
• Ensure all aspects of well delivery comply with organizational quality standards and continuous improvement
mechanisms.
