We are looking for a Forex Sales Representative - remote, any location.

As a Sales Representative, you play a crucial role within Company partner acquisition and retention strategy for our consulting business. You will be responsible for developing your own portfolio of merchants, provide them with personalized support, and onboarding them to use our consulting services.

You will receive dedicated training and on-going support including knowledge about financial markets, sales skills, persuasion techniques, soft skills and much more. Our strong team atmosphere and friendly environment will help you to feel valued from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire clients and brokers in the financial market through online channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Identify and network with potential clients, generate business for current ones, and drive profitability and sales growth.
  • Meet with clients as needed, providing reassurance about our company's products.
  • Offer feedback to management.
  • Analyze marketing trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide insights to refine operational and marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Assist in creating additional materials and presentations when required.
  • Provide reactive support to all Company clients via phone calls, chat, emails, and at educational events.
  • Participate in the company’s activities and promotional campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and conversion.

Candidate Expectations:

  • University degree in a relevant financial or commercial field is preferred.
  • Experience in the financial services and banking industry, experience in Forex Brokerage is a must
  • Independent, self-directed, and confident in decision-making to develop, execute, and deliver on assigned strategies.
  • Capability to work flexible hours.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, knowledge of other languages is a plus
