We are seeking a talented Junior Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for social listening, LinkedIn and Facebook reach outs and creating brand awareness through social media platforms.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct social listening to identify potential leads and opportunities
Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and generate leads
Utilize LinkedIn and Facebook to reach out to potential leads and establish connections
Manage and monitor social media accounts to ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals
Provide regular reports on social media performance, lead generation, and conversions
Use AI and CRM systems to manage and track leads and conversions
Generate both clients leads and search for potential employees through social media
Stay flexible and adapt to changing priorities and business needs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in social media lead generation, LinkedIn and Facebook outreach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with AI and CRM systems
