Our IT Department is expanding rapidly to support our growing client base. As part of this expansion, we are seeking a motivated and experienced First Line Team Lead to join our Remote IT Support Team.

What will you do:

  • Lead and guide the 1st Line Support Team to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management;
  • Oversee the resolution of 1st line tickets including incident resolution and service requests;
  • Escalate incidents as necessary and ensure proper documentation is maintained;
  • Provide a high level of technical support to our foreign clients within SLA and ensure timely ticket resolution;
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and desktop support for Windows OS, Mac OS, MS Office Programs (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint), and O365 Admin Portal;
  • Work with AD, mail service support and troubleshooting (Exchange Online, Google Mail, C-Panel, Bluehost).

  • You have over 3 years of experience as a System Administrator;
  • You bring strong expertise in troubleshooting and desktop support for both Windows and Mac OS environments;
  • You have leadership skills with experience managing teams as a Team Lead;
  • You are able to make important decisions and achieve high levels of customer service;
  • You speak English confidently (Intermediate+) and are ready to practice it every day;
  • You are able to work in fast-paced environment and multitasking is part of your personality;
  • You possess knowledge of conflict management principles, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking skills;
  • You have strong leadership, mentorship skills, professional communication, ethics, and customer-centric approach;
  • Certification in Win 11 Support, MacOS Support, MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900, ITIL 4 is an advantage.
