Our company seeks an HR Assistant to join its Human Resources team in Moscow. Within the team, the Assistant will provide full administrative support to the HR team. The Assistant will report to the Recruiting Manager (RM).

Responsibilities

  • End to End Coordination of interview process
  • Set up and manage interview schedules with candidates and interviewers
  • Create decision round reports, work with recruiting team to schedule and gather feedback.
  • Relationship management with both internal and external key stakeholders
  • Manage and track Application Tracking System; and other HR reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Honours degree (obtained)
  • Strong interest in developing a career within HR
  • Proficiency in Microsoft (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Ability to work outside ‘normal working hours’ during peak periods

Competencies

  • Proactive and self-starter attitude is essential to be successful in this role
  • Must be able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and be willing to take initiative
  • Willingness to collaborate on admin intensive tasks
  • Detailed oriented, highly organized, and able to work well under pressure of deadlines
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Perform effectively under pressure and handle difficult situations with poise, judgment, and tact
