Finance Analyst (Финансовый Аналитик)

Job Purpose

The Finance Analyst will be overall responsible for the OPEX and A&P reporting and analysis across the whole Consumer business including both Actual reporting and Budgeting/Forecasting as well as the business support to ensure the consistency of approach and end-to-end responsibility in the process. He or she will work directly with Department Business Owners including local Research and Development Lead, Category Managers, Trade Marketing teams, Media Manager, E-com team, Expert Team, Brands Managers at all levels for their respective budget forecasting and control.

He or she will be supporting Senior Finance Business Partners, Department Business Owners and Marketing as a Finance Analyst and business partner to ensure required level of support and project initiatives participation.

He or she will also support overall Forecasting process and involved in analysis of overall OPEX and A&P for Consumer Business.

Key Responsibilities

• Month-end OPEX and A&P accrual preparation/posting/reversal ensure correct cost split in actuals/forecast;
• Regular OPEX and A&P budget reviews and reconciliation with actuals, consolidating and reflecting agreed budgets in monthly forecast and plan;
• Understanding the key drivers of OPEX and A&P costs, providing analysis and suggesting risk mitigating measures in the main areas; Ringfence budget monitoring;
• Monitoring, evaluating and reporting performance against budgets with deep analysis and comments;
• Manage ZBB principals within OPEX and A&P budgeting, control for delivery savings;
• Lead the regular (monthly) reviews with the continues improvement of friendly format reports, deep details to support commercial people with the financial data;
• Month-end R&D closure, forecasting and planning, provide the support to HUB R&D Business Partner, be the key market contact;
• FA control;
• HC monthly reporting, forecast and plan for whole Consumer Business, support HRD within HC area;
• Preparation of OPEX and A&P budget related slides for presentations (for Plan, Monthly Forecast, Monthly Performance Reviews, Regional Management visits).
• The key person to contact for OPEX and A&P blocks implementation/data uploading/data reconciliation in OnePlan system for planning and forecasting;
• Manage Finance HUB activity within OPEX and A&P scopes;
• Any ad-hoc tasks, reports, deep analysis related to OPEX and A&P;
• Supporting Senior Finance Business Partners and Finance Director as a Finance Analyst with ad-hoc analysis of responsible areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance and Economics;
• 2-3 years in Finance;
• 2 years and more experience in finance business partnering would be a plus;
• Background of working for multinational company;
• Pharma and/or FMCG background;
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, multitasking, problem-solver;
• RAS/IFRS main principles knowledge;
• Advanced technical skills (Excel);
• Fluency in English;
• Advanced PC skills.
