We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our
new project Iberbanco.

Iberbanco is a leading fintech company revolutionizing the way
individuals and businesses manage their finances. Our innovativ solutions empower our clients to make informed financial decisions and achieve their goals with confidence.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in
driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold
    calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the financial goalsand challenges of prospective clients.

  • Present our suite of fintech products and services in a compelling and
    informative manner.

  • Customize solutions to meet the unique needs of each client and
    provide personalized recommendations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust
    and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product
    development, to drive product enhancements and identify new market
    opportunities.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the financial
    services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including
    banking, lending, and investment products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
    effectively engage with clients at all levels.

  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving goals.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced,dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Proficiency in Russian language is an added advantage
