Ibis Moscow Dynamo is looking for Deputy F&B Manager to join our Team!

Your duties will include:

• Manage restaurant, bar, conference rooms operations in accordance with brand standards;
• Prepare reports on a daily and monthly basis;
• Manage all employees including outsourced staff, prepare work schedules;
• Maintain exceptional level of customer service;
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement;
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner;
• Monitor established procedures;
• Recruit, manage, train and develop F&B team;
• manage staff working schedules & concerning papers;
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships;

Skills/ Qualities:

• Not less than 1 years of work experience in service of hotel restaurants and bars is a must;
• Higher education preferably in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field plus at least 1 year of related experience;
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills;
• Energetic, initiative and reliable, focused on details;
• English language skills: fluent;
