We are looking for a Team Lead QA engineer with 5+ years of experience

Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years in QA, with 2 years in leadership.
- Proficiency in automation, Agile methodologies, and programming languages.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively.
- Develop QA strategies, analyze risks, and create test plans.
- Identify defects, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
- Strong focus on quality and meticulous documentation.

Requirements:
- Lead and mentor QA team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Create test plans, cases, and scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Identify and resolve defects, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans and reports.
- Drive automation initiatives, leveraging tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and test coverage.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, conducting compliance and security testing as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance QA processes and capabilities.
