Head of Product Marketing

Your Role:

We are looking for a leader who will head up the marketing management direction for one of our product areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies and department budgets.

• Coordinate and manage marketing projects, paid advertising campaigns, and influencer campaigns.

• Work with marketing partners, agencies, and vendors.

• Monitor and analyze the results of marketing campaigns for continuous improvement.

• Interact with other departments to ensure effective execution of marketing tasks, such as website improvements, creating landing pages for campaigns, enhancing UX for product improvements, and analyzing new product features.

• Testing hypotheses related to business growth

• Create and update marketing materials

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or economics/marketing.

• Understanding of how unit economics are calculated

• Understanding of how growth hypotheses are tested

• Understanding of the main acquisition channels: SEO, paid advertising, influencer marketing, and targeted advertising.

• Ability to manually adjust advertising campaigns in Google/Facebook Ad Manager when needed

• Experience with tools for analytics and monitoring marketing campaigns (Google Analytics, Firebase, Ya.Metrica).

• Systematic approach - everything is under control and organized.

• Excellent project management and organization skills.

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing.

• Basic knowledge of the cryptocurrency market and blockchain technologies.

• Fluent in English
