Corinthia Hotel St. Petersburg is seeking to recruit a Front of House Manager. The selected candidate in this position is responsible for effective Front of House operation.

Responsibilities:

• To plan, organize and manage the Front of House Departments (Concierge, Reception, Call Center) ensuring that related standard & procedures for Front of House Departments are in place and adhered to.

• Conduct regular reviews of existing policies and procedures ensuring compliance and recommending or implementing changes to ensure improved guest satisfaction and safeguarding company interests.

• Conduct regular training on all policies, procedures, loyalty programs and guest satisfaction.

• Be familiar with the Hotels physical lay-out, room types and room sale policy.

• Ensure the Front of House Department is knowledgeable on all daily activities in the hotel and promote Food & Beverage outlets.

• Train, motivate and manage the Front of House team members to maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

• Monitor and ensure that guest expectations are satisfied.

• Ensure that all guest comments, reviews and interactions are dealt with immediately and professionally working towards a positive guest experience.

• Organize personal and team schedule in accordance with business requirements.

• Actively participate in all aspects of the Front of House by participation in duties and interaction with guest and team members.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have minimum 2 years’ experience as a FO or Front of House Manager in 5* Hotels

• Have strong working knowledge of OPERA and Microsoft Office

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills in English & Russian

• Have strong personal integrity and be able to maintain confidentiality

• Be able to work under pressure and work on own initiative

• Maintain and uphold a professional demeanor
