Responsibilities:

Screening candidates’ applications for compliance with our entry requirements
Guiding candidates through the hiring process: conducting and screening of interviews (using scripts), communicating over email, checking courses score, coordinating their schedule, and signing documents
Setting up candidates’ profiles and activating them
Doing quality control of teachers’ media content (photos, videos)
Cooperation with school ambassadors, bloggers and PR team

Expectations from you:

Level of English B2 (upper-intermediate) and above (both oral and written). It is important! All our teachers speak only English.
At least 1 year experience in support or in teachers hiring
Solid computer skills (nothing too difficult - emails, Google Workspace)
The ability to cope with routine tasks and the desire to constantly learn something new (there is an opportunity to participate in additional projects within the department)
Experience in digital marketing is a plus
