Email Marketing Specialist

Tasks:

• Develop and implement retention strategies using emails, WhatsApp, Telegram, and AI calls;
• Create seamless communication strategies across multiple channels;
• Utilize RFM analysis to segment customers and tailor communications;
• Devise and execute email campaigns using tools like Pushwoosh, leveraging tags, events, and variables;
• Configure email services from scratch, including setting up sender domains with necessary certificates;
• Manage push notifications and WhatsApp Business API integrations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in setting up and managing email campaigns;
• In-depth knowledge of email system interactions with backend and CRM products;
• Expertise in differentiating and setting up trigger, system, and regular emails;
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance;
• Experience with push notifications and WhatsApp Business API;
• Basic understanding of HTML and email coding.
