As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and facilitating the efficient execution of scientific projects for our Immunoprofiling tests. You may find an example of our research in the Cancer Cell article https://www.cell.com/cancer-cell/fulltext/S1535-6108(24)00132-6
Responsibilities:
- Support and management of internal and external Immunoprofiling scientific and software projects.
- Coordination of reports for the physician creation process, process optimization, TAT analysis, SOPs, and instruction generation, and inter-team communication.
- Coordinate the full cycle of internal scientific publication writing (from ideas discussion and team assignment to text drafting and reviewers' responses preparation).
- Coordinate research projects with hospitals in the USA (preparation of reports and presentations, organization of teamwork, keeping paperwork on the project, coordinating work with data, tracking deadlines).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in medicine, biology, bioinformatics, or other relevant fields.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- Previous experience in scientific (immunology) and analytical work will be a plus.
- Strong communication skills, and a high ability to negotiate.
- You are a team player and have a good sense of humor
