Duties

Project coordination
Gather various process metrics, identify flaws, provide factor analysis
Support project teams with administrative and organizational tasks.
Generate reports
Assist in communication between team members and stakeholders if needed
Come up with improvement proposals
Updating and maintaining PMO knowledge base
Project stuffing and resource management plans assistance

Requirements

Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets, MS Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with project management tools (project tracking, task tracking, time tracking)
