REQUIREMENTS:

Higher education (preferably technical, mathematical, economic);
Experience in the field of description and regulation of business processes;
Experience working with large volumes of information;
Knowledge of process modeling technologies, development and implementation of regulatory documents;
Knowledge of document formatting and processing methods;
Understanding of the general principles of organization and conduct of office work;
MS Office at a confident user level;
Upper intermediate English, including professional terminology and regulations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing methodological support to structural units in the development of internal procedure documents in Russian and English;
Expertise of document drafts, verification of procedures and process models for compliance and consistency;
Control over the compliance of developed documents with normative and methodological documentation;
Identification of deficiencies and inconsistencies in the functioning of processes, formulation of proposals for their correction;
Administration of a database with Group of companies business procedures in Russian and English;
Keeping the list of internal regulatory documents of Group of companies up to date.
