The role:

  • Business development with inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Consulting existing clients on new products, destinations, features of resorts, accommodation, and additional services.
  • Booking of tours, air tickets, transfers, etc. in the local booking system.
  • Control of air tickets and of all necessary tour documents for the clients.
  • Registration of insurance policies for the client.
  • Cancelling and amending the reservation according to the terms of the contract.
  • Monitoring a smooth interaction between the clients and hotels, head office, transportation department.
  • Manage and support the client during the trip (solving questions arising during the vacation by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail, and company website).
  • Communicate with the client after his return - to get feedback on the trip.
  • Manage potential claims.


The Candidate:

  • Higher professional education (education in tourism or hotel business is an advantage)
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales in tourism or hotel business
  • Highly Customer oriented
  • Intermediate English
