Working on existing project pipeline in FPE Department
Manage projects aimed at organizational / finance process improvement
Duties and responsibilities:
- Finding out areas and developing recommendations for improvement in finance processes
- evaluation the most reliable business applications to meet customers’ strategic requirements and deliver business benefit;
- Manage business relationships with software vendors.
- Introduction of the full cycle of the project (from technical demand to the signing of the act of completed works). Formation of requirements for IT solutions.
- Set targets for IT vender team, give goals and guide achieving the targets effectively
- Leadership in process’ optimization of internal business procedures to increase efficiency;
- In cooperation with IT and other related departments develop new and current soft and applications to support new products and enhance current;
- Participation in the development/revision of operational documents (operational instructions, description of settings and developments), setting and monitoring the execution of tasks for the preparation of documentation;
- Participation in the development of solutions for integration with other systems, preparation of specifications for development, testing, completed developments;
- Remote user support;
- Preparing presentation materials
- Conducting meetings with function experts
- Preparing reports
- Developing process classifiers
- Calculating business cases
- Designing AS-IS and TO-BE business process maps
- Preparing SOPs & F.A.Q.
- Control recommendations implementation
Experience, knowledge and skills:
- At least 2 years of experience working in project management / process improvement areas, experience in Consulting is a big plus
- Good command of English
- Experience in the implementation of IT-systems in course of performance improvement (automation) projects;
- Experience in development of methodological documents, policies and procedures;
- Confident user of SAP (FI, PM, MM) , MS Office: Excel, Visio, Power Point
- Experience in business case calculation
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
- Experience in the implementation of business processes (E2E)
- Self-motivated, self-organizated, ability to perform multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Participation in the development of the methodology, the establishment of the P2P process will be an advantage
