Responsibilities:
- Marketing strategies and engagement platforms for CSD products and Innovations
- New product development including pack design, formulation, artwork approval, P&L management incl. COGS formulation
- Contribute to development of long-term and annual strategies and growth programs, co-lead of investment and innovation pipeline
- Initiate and manage brand research projects
- Monitoring and deep-dive analysis of brand performance data (market data, internal and sell-out data, consumer data, etc) to evaluate achievement vs. targets and to propose corrective measures and learning's for future development
- Brand AnM budget management and financial reporting
- Brand Visual Identity development in cooperation with Design team
- Constant consumer/marketing-related trend watching
Requirements:
- Recent 5 years experience in FMCG in marketing, brand management
- Product development experience: concept writing; consumer insights analysis; business case management, retail business specifics understanding
- Strong communication skills; ability to efficiently operate and achieve results thru teamwork
- Good analytical skills; high accuracy; ability to work with big amount of data
- Excellent time and project management skills; ability to prioritise tasks and engage other people to meet deadlines;
- High passion to brand building and marketing, constant search for new techniques/technologies to make work more efficient
- Good knowledge of advertising/design/cultural trends;
- Strong motivation to learn and gain marketing and beverage category expertise;
- English: advanced written and verbal
- Advanced MS Power Point; Excel skills; Photoshop/Illustrator (would be an advantage)
- Being ready to business trip
