Account manager/Менеджер клиента

• Close customers, establish a good relationship with customers, be familiar with the company's mainstream products and be able to express them clearly. Collect customer needs, make plans according to customer needs, and convey customer needs to the back-end;
• Deal with after-sales quality problems, collect data and analyze the causes, and put forward improvement suggestions;
• Formulate product specifications;
• Update the industry news and situation changes;
• Translate (Chinese or English) product introduction;
• Complete sales support work and other work assigned by superiors.

• Bachelor degree or above, major in computer or communication is preferred;
• Proficient in Russian, English and Chinese; (Default Russian native language, Chinese translation)

• Enthusiastic and cheerful, strong ability to work under pressure, strong sense of responsibility, strong insight, mature customer communication skills, able to adapt to frequent short-term business trips.
