A leading consumer technology company is looking for Advertising operation manager in Moscow.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize advertising, communicate with advertisers, service ad campaigns, achieve ad revenue targets and implement key advertising projects.
  • Establish cooperation with local advertising agencies to increase advertising revenue.
  • Plan, launch, analyze and optimize advertising campaigns according to KPIs with local advertisers and agencies.
  • Place advertisements, track and summarize excellent cases to support user acquisition, brand awareness, and performance.
  • Analyze all data related to advertisement placement processes, optimize advertisement placement policies and outcomes, and maximize traffic revenue.
  • Conduct advertising market research, deeply understand customer requirements, enhance platform capabilities, and continuously improve and innovate the advertising system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree and above
  • Min. 3 years of work experience in ads agency or ad platform on affiliate manager or ad&op manager
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
  • Practical experience with mobile app data management platform and attribution platform , such as AppMettica, mytracker, appsflyer
  • Ability to analyze traffic: analysis of efficiency by channels, cohort analysis of user behavior.
