A leading consumer technology company is looking for Advertising operation manager in Moscow.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize advertising, communicate with advertisers, service ad campaigns, achieve ad revenue targets and implement key advertising projects.
- Establish cooperation with local advertising agencies to increase advertising revenue.
- Plan, launch, analyze and optimize advertising campaigns according to KPIs with local advertisers and agencies.
- Place advertisements, track and summarize excellent cases to support user acquisition, brand awareness, and performance.
- Analyze all data related to advertisement placement processes, optimize advertisement placement policies and outcomes, and maximize traffic revenue.
- Conduct advertising market research, deeply understand customer requirements, enhance platform capabilities, and continuously improve and innovate the advertising system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and above
- Min. 3 years of work experience in ads agency or ad platform on affiliate manager or ad&op manager
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Practical experience with mobile app data management platform and attribution platform , such as AppMettica, mytracker, appsflyer
- Ability to analyze traffic: analysis of efficiency by channels, cohort analysis of user behavior.
