Business Analyst / Solution Architect

Our Sales Enablement team is looking for a Solution Architect to provide industry and solution leadership at every stage, and act as a trusted advisor to the stakeholders throughout the relationship.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead transformation of quote to order process in Kaspersky. Suggest technology and business process solutions to challenges of this process;
• Design business requiremets for a number of systems supporting order to cash process (order managment, price list management, product catalog, product configurator);
• Help build value based roadmap for these tools;
• Communicate with multiple stakeholders and internal customers to align their goals and expectations with deliverables;
• Communicate with technology teams responsible for the implmentation, be able to verify requirements and set tasks;
• Manage a loading of IT backlog to coordinate and distribute priority.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience as a business analyst, with expert command of business analysis techniques, methodologies and tools;
• Preferably experience in software/SAAS distribution chain
• Preferably experience in channel sales
• Experience in working: in optimizing sales processes and/or the client path in highly matrix, multi-cultural environment with virtual teams
• Expertise developing and applying relational and dimensional data models;
• Higher Education in IT or Engineering;
• Upper intermediate English;
