Our client, well-known Retail company is looking for Training Head for retail team
Responsibilities:
- Effectively managing sales team performance through observation, training/coaching and assessment;
- Defining and implementation of team coaching plans for all dedicated sales team in order to enhance their competencies and skills;
- Ensuring consistency in standards of service, brand presentation and visual merchandising principles;
- Helping managers to achieve their targets and goals and ensure implementation and follow up;
- Delivery of regular progress reports on implemented coaching activities and give insights to future actions/feedback;
- Regular follow-ups on sales team development, career plan and incentives;
- Partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational consistency and cohesion;
- Identifying area training needs and providing feedback to Retail Director for training programs development;
- Ensuring follow-up on training modules delivery;
- On-boarding instructions for new starters.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of coaching and training teams is ideal;
- Previous experience working with retail brands;
- Confidence in presenting to large numbers of people;
- Able to bring people on a journey;
- Ambitious sales experience.
