Account Manager

Your duties:

You will need to maintain and develop communication with company clients, promote sales and services, and take care of customers’ inquiries/support documentation. Your primary responsibility is to have end users extend their subscriptions (enhance current licenses, seek for upsell/cross sale opportunities), and to guide customers through a successful onboarding process as part of our customer experience strategy.

You are the one we need if:

• Your English level is from advanced and higher (fluent English, French/Italian/Japanese is an advantage);

• You are ready for online presentations of the product (in English);

• You are not afraid of upselling the product;

• You know how to carry on business correspondence;

• You know what KPI is and can work it out;

• Have experience in the IT-sphere (cybersecurity is a huge advantage, any IT knowledge is also a must);

• Catch the main point of a client’s request and can see the matter in a couple of questions;

• You can navigate in a large amount of information and collect the most important thing in the answer (though we are always glad to give a hand);

• You are a “king” of punctuality;

• You are able to control your tasks and time (there is no need for extra butt punches);

• You have higher education.
