Responsibilities

Manage payroll input processing and checking between Service now ticketing and workday interface

Escalate issues to payroll manager as needed.

Provide technical payroll input on any payroll process

Prepare and manage payroll activities in accordance with local compliance/legislation.

Process regular and ad-hoc payroll reporting

Payroll processing flexible benefits from external providers

Preparation of absence report for payroll

Support payroll audits and internal control activities
Requirements
-
Knowledge of external regulation relevant to payroll is an advantage and a track record of managing within regulations, particularly regulatory bodies for payroll and benefit taxes

Able to build and adapt payroll processes

Basic general ledger understanding and how payroll interacts with finance

Ability to manage connections with HR, Finance and other internal and external stakeholders

Able to work accurately and calmly to tight deadlines
-
Resilient character, able to cope with multiple demands

At least Intermediate level of English

Experience in the similar role 1-2 years (junior specialist level)
